Cancellation and failure to attend policy
As a courtesy to all our clients, we pay for an SMS reminder to be sent to your mobile two days prior to your scheduled appointment. Please do not reply to this automated message. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please call 0418 936 120.
This Cancellation and Failure to Attend Policy ensures that our services are provided equally and fairly to all our clients who need them. Unfortunately, if you do not show up for your appointment without giving adequate notice to us, you are taking away the opportunity for another of our clients to fill in your spot.
Please note no refund will be provided for change of mind if wanting to cancel your initial booking although we are happy to reschedule you to another date and time.
A cancellation and failure to attend fee will apply for all subsequent sessions unless at least 48 hours notice is provided.
We understand that from time-to-time things can go wrong that are beyond the control of our clients and in such circumstances of emergencies and extenuating circumstances, we will endeavour to respond to your situation as quickly and fairly as possible, provided that you grant us as much notice as possible.
