Kfir is a psychologist, researcher and an executive coach. His educational background includes ecotourism and organisational psychology. Kfir has experience both face-to-face and remotely in different settings such as university, hospitals, private organisations as well as government projects. His approach is solution focused coaching as well as psychotherapy for various mental health issues. Kfir’s style is relaxed, non-judgmental, compassionate, and easy-going. He builds a respectful, empathetic, positive, and safe professional relationship with clients. Building trust while empowering and encouraging clients is key for facilitating desired change.
